To break the fever, put few drops of Lemon Soap in a tub, and sit in the tub for about 5-10 mins. Rinse off.

Or, lather Lemon Soap on body, wait about 5-10, then rinse off.

After bathe, regularly apply Lemon balm on all parts of the body, especially under feet and heat trap areas (neck, behind knees, etc)
